I made PR for Lord of Arcana here https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/pull/13894
There is still an issue of stuck at Loading, but there is workaround for it, and i haven't tested this PR on many games, so not sure if it's going to breaks any other games or not.

I'll put the test builds later on my signature (i'll replace the word "adhocfix" to "testbuild" in the link)
