PPSSPP Ad-hoc general info thread

I wanted to change how AdhocMatching works a few months ago because it's different with how it works with prx files on JPCSP (ie. data which supposed to be sent immediately within HLE ended being sent through EventThread which i suspects leading to timing issue, inefficient memory allocation, etc.)

Anyway, i won't be able to finished testing AdhocMatching on a homebrew anytime soon, since currently i'm having lung issue so i spent most of the time resting (i findout about my health issue during a medical test for a job employment recently, which causes me failed to get that job)
