Save state and save data location

Where does PPSSPP keep save state and save data on the disc (Windows 10)? I looked through various App Data locations as well as in the folder for emulator and came up with nothing. I'm asking because Id like to carry them over to another computer. Thanks.

Here's where the savestates are: PPSSPP(where PPSSPP.exe is)\memstick\PSP\PPSSPP_STATE
And here are the saves: PPSSPP(where PPSSPP.exe is)\memstick\PSP\SAVEDATA

I attempt to play it I get similar outcomes the FMVs play back incredible yet the in-game illustrations glint to the point that it really harms my eyes to attempt to play it. I have attempted both the ntsc and buddy adaptations and each video back-end and nothing made a difference.

I am having trouble with mine identifying the savedata after I updated the software, the files are in the correct place; the psp just doesn't seem to see it when I go to load the saves. I miss something important?
