Initial D Street Stage Analog Steering

Hey, I was wondering if it was possible for someone to make a analog steering cheat for this game? I know there is a analog braking and accelerating cheat, which I am using, but the steering being digital no matter what is really throwing me off. I won't lie, I have no knowledge what so ever in PPSSPP cheat creation and I don't even know if a cheat like this is possible. Whether it is or isn't, I would kill for it to be possible and made. Thank you.
