Your point means nothing, most emulators require real hardware to get something, bios, fonts, firmware etc. Emulation is not ment to pirate exclusive console games, but to enhance the experience you had with real hardware. With PPSSPP game updates and dlc's requiring them absolutely requires real PSP. Fonts as mentioned can also be gotten from PS3 firmware.

Location of memstick on Android can differ quite a lot between different devices.
