1) You must have the neo-geo BIOS(neogeo.zip) into the Roms directory
2) Copy the game into converter directory and drag & drop it into romcnv.exe This will create a cache file into cache folder,take the zipped folder from the cache folder and drop it into ngepsp cache folder
That's it,you can load the emulator do the things above and play
