i use that build but not work on mine,even when i use latest build

i use win 7 64 bit, and i use emulator with 32bit and 64 bit and it still doesnt work

Does anyone have a configuration after naming my character it comes up with lines all over the screen and does not do anything at all? Everything is just blurred together? Plus is anyone working on an English translation?
