That's the most lazy texture pack I ever seen;p, files were dumped, automatically upscaled and that's it. They're not sorted in any way, nor renamed, if the game changed texture address or anything this will contain duplicate or maybe even many duplicates of it hence it includes 20k texture files and takes way more than it should.

It's a mess, if the textures are good after that upscaling, it can be used as a repo of textures to use in a texture pack where someone actually does a bit more with it, but blah I don't recommend using such packs on a game, it's really wasteful on the resources and completely unecessary takes over 6gb despite not being such a huge upscale all because of the duplicates. Heck from what I've seen even just using option to ignore the address when dumping would probably cut most if not all of those duplicates.

Either way correct way to download stuff from github is to use git and clone it to a directory on your hdd. Downloading such huge repo will never work well when trying to download it as zip.

This is not true, there are many textures in the game, the game is completely retexturized, there are no conditions to rename the images, if you want to rename those that you think important, be free, you can use.

And I used ESRGAN in most actual textures, however, I used other A.I models for images that had more artistic style.

And even then, enough work to check which images were good with X or Y type of model, my pc that has a weak processor, is necessarily unusable while the software runs.

And ah, all the images end up losing the alpha channel when increased, this same alpha channel to be readded in mass, I needed to create a script in bash to do it.

Although it is simple enough to install, and be very ready, and have been a simple post, it really gave a certain work to do, it was my first texture pack using this technology, I am doing others, but it is not because everything is there easy to do, it was easy to do, I needed a GTX 1070 to do everything in a timely manner.

I assure you I didn't speak some BS, but checked and most of the files in your "texture pack" are duplicates that differ only via texture address while sharing exactly same hash. PSP games often keep trash data inside the texture causing hash to also change which makes some textures harder to work without duplicates, but that wasn't even the case here.
It looks like you simply dumped everything with default options without checking that you're dumping duplicates and trying to learn how to avoid it, then processed the whole thing still without actually checking the results. That's why I stand by calling it the most lazy texture pack I ever seen.

In a game like this, a much better way would be to use a better texture hash like xxh64 with an option to ignoreAddress=true added to textures.ini that would end up creating a lot less files to process which then should be organized properly through textures.ini(and that would be much easier without duplicates) to avoid scaling things which will end up awful via such algorithm, or at least checking the results and removing those ugly things like lights or character skin which sharpened with artificial details that should never exist added look retarded.
