RE: Gun Showdown
It depends. If the game was designed to run at 20 FPS on the real PSP, then no, not really, unless someone creates a 30 or 60 FPS patch/code for it. If it was designed to run higher, and it's actually a bug in PPSSPP, then there's not much you can do right now.

RE: Gun Showdown
Title: Gun Showdown
Genre: Open World Action
Region: U.S.A.
Format: CSO
Version: v0.9.7.1
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Device: Intel Core i5 4570S 2.9 GHz/Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2 GB
Compatibility: Playable. There seem to be some graphics bugs in some backgrounds(I am not 100% certain on this bug as I haven't played it on console. I lost my memory stick so I had to play it on PC), and if you turn on texture scaling of any kind the game freaks the hell OUT.

In addition, on some menus, there's a black line down the center that disappears with texture scaling on. It's also on the first screen you see when you load the game.

The first two screenshots I'll be linking are the texture scaling bugs, the third is the black line down the middle of the screen bug, and the fourth is the background bug.

Also, yeah the frame rate's low, but I think that was just the way the game was made. Which is too bad because it's not really that great looking of a game anyway so I dunno why they had to go with friggin' 20 FPS.

RE: Gun Showdown
So, I bought a new memory stick and put Gun Showdown on it, and low and behold, my guess about the weird looking backgrounds was right. They are glitched on the emulator. On the PSP it looks like mountains rather than beige-gray colors and massive macroblocking.
