I have a similar problem, except the app does open but it immediately goes black and crashes with windows having to close it.

I have no knowledge on this, so excuse me if this is a dumb question, but would using this harm my pc? AMD is my original graphics program (?) and since I know nothing about this, I tried installing NVIDIA GeForce but it isn't compatible.

Also, the crashing only happens with the extracted ppsspp but not its "ppsspp... .exe" form, but I don't want to risk losing any data.
