What is the PSP's true framerate/vertical refresh?
For example, the frame rate output for the following systems are:

- NES & SNES = 60.098

- Sega Master System & Genesis = 59.922

- DS = 59.826

- Game Boy, GBA & GBC = 59.727

- GameCube & Wii = : 60.002p/59.888i

- PS1 = 59.292

I'm not looking for a preliminary or approximate value, I'm looking for the PSP's exact framerate like the ones I listed above.

RE: What is the PSP's true framerate/vertical refresh?
From our tests, it's 59.94, matching NTSC (60 frames every 1.001 seconds.) But I can't say if it's 59.931 or some other slightly less accurate value.

Have you tried testing?

Note that the LCD itself has a slow refresh speed, I'm not sure the exact value, but depending on what you're after you might need to account for that.
