There are cso converters for android
https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...ciso&hl=en -- but without pauing you will have ads, limits of filesize (768MB so all the 1GB+ games you would want to CSO...) and a slightly smaller apk (ie they took out .5MB worth of ad code)

Your better off using your computer (maxCSO) or just compressing on your PSP (iso tools).
