what are the games that were released on the pc and the psp?

probably mostly franchises like various sports games, and maybe some shooters.

Anyway, this thread belongs in off topic as it's not about the emulator, so moving it there.

As PSP isn't a console it has few multi-plataform games, some of them are "lite" versions of the "main" game due to hardware limitations. The majority of games are special versions for PSP.

Oddly enough the Vita got more PC releases for it's games then the PSP.

But off the top of my head the games on PSP that got a PC release or vice versa would be mainly VN.

Though most of these never even got a fan translation.

Disgaea 1 and 2 were ported from the PS2 to both the PSP and PC with the PC version getting the "enhancements" the psp version got and some other things.
