RE: Isues on Brave Story New Traveler
The cut scenes are working but don't change the rendering mode while ingame...they are visible even with non-buffered rendering but you must start the game with that mode already enabled(not switching to it after starting the game)

Some games show black screen if you try to switch to different rendering mode and the only way to fix it,is either restarting the game and load a save game or wait until the game switch to different screen(load different part of the cut scene)

DBZTT is the same way...if you switch to different rendering mode, you will trigger a problem from which is not easy to get rid of.

Also if use unthrottle or switching to alternative speed while non-buffering is enabled,if you do that before cut scene,it can also case black screen.

RE: Brave Story
For some odd reason no matter how many buttons I push I can't seem to get the status screen to appear. I really wanted to try the games crafting system but I can't Sad

RE: Brave Story
I clear the game with 0.9.6-537 and those are the only problems I had
1.If I use Non-Buffered Rendering,I'll see a black square around the character while I'm at the world map...and it will be little darker and some special effects won't be visible
2.If I use Buffered Rendering, everything will be visible but...lower speed and too bright at some places.

One thing you should do is decide which rendering mode you will use before staring the game, otherwise if you switch between modes while ingame, you'll start seeing problems.

RE: Isues on Brave Story New Traveler
Non buffered mode is a hacking mode .To emulate stuffs correctly , you have to stick to buffered rendering mode.

RE: Isues on Brave Story New Traveler
Using v0.9.8-558 (64-Bit) on Windows 8.1. Cutscenes are fine. Using buffered rendering, x2 internal resolution, fxaa antialising.

Specs:

-Ivy Bridge Pentium G2020 (2.9 ghz dual core)
-Intel HD Graphics (set to 512 MB)
- 4 Gb DDR3 RAM
- Windows 8.1 (64 bit)

Sorry for the poor quality video. Free fraps only records 30 secs, that wouldn't even go past the intro video. Video below (just add the http):

(I get the error "You cannot post clickable links to this forum threads and posts" when I embed the video)

Main PC: Pentium g2020 (Ivy Bridge dual core, 2.9 ghz), Intel HD Graphics, 4 GB DDR3 Ram (3.5Gb usable), W7 64bit
Secondary PC: C2D e8400 (dual core 3.0 ghz), nVidia GT 240 GDDR5, 4 GB DDR2 Ram, W7 64bit
Laptop: AMD Turion X2 (dual core 1.80 ghz), ATI Xpress 1150 IGP, 2GB DDR2 SDRAM (1.7GB usable), W7 32bit
