Questions about modding Freedom Unite
When I go into tools and request PlayPlayStationStationPortablePortable to make a textures.ini file this is all that shows up

[hashranges]

What does any of this mean? How do I know what the texture is that I want to replace is called?


On another note, MHFU doesn't separate subspecies from mainspecies, would it be possible to mod to the game to treat both as separate entities?

It's possible, but you'd need to hack the game. That could be quite a lot of work though(unless the feature is already in the game's code in a dormant state).
