Snapdragon 210 and Snapdragon S4 MSM896 aren't similar, they are very different. The SD 210 uses a Cortex A7 (old low-end) CPU while S4 Cortex A9 (old high-end), which is alot faster. In some cases Cortex A9 can perform better than Cortex A53 (the current mid-end).

If you bought SD 210 to replace the S4, you did a downgrade.
