Tactics ogre : Let us cling together

Hi, I'm using ppsspp version 0.9.7.1-25-gb25b0ee on windows 8, also my pc specs are an Intel core i3 2328M CPU @ 2.20GHz, 4GB of ram, and intel HD graphics 3000.

I'm getting a odd problem, whenever I attempt to load a save from the start menu the game crashes but if I start the new game and get the first possible point I can save/load games It works just fine, also loading save states are impossible.

I don't really care about the save states just trying to figure out how to load a game without starting a new game each time. also if someone to point me on where I can learn to make a log file from ppsspp I'd appreciate it.
