RE: Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
Has anyone tested this game with recent builds? I've had no success with getting this game playable. Everything is black lol.

RE: Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
It's actually crashing PPSSPP in the recent builds when you load/start a new game after the credits.

RE: Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
First screen load fine, then it starts flickering and no video is shown,
only white screen.
Used default PSP settings.
When enabling software rendering video is shown, game can be played,
but of course it's very slow.

Used 0.9.5-31 android version.

Apple Ipad Mini Retina 16GB Wi-Fi

RE: Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
hey guys
look, I have finished the game 2 times on pc with pcsx2(with NO issue)
it's only playable on software rendering and it was slow at first but I realized I had to try multithreads and it worked and I got up to 120fps!! which I had to lock it on 60
there was an option in pcsx2 for using more threads in graphic plugin
does ppsspp have sth like this?
sb try it and tell if here's any luck!

I tried it myself today
As I said this game is only playable on software rendering(it's the same for ps2 ver. in pcsx2)
to get full fps on this mod we need to have sth allowing us to use all of cpu threads(cores)
pcsx2 has this option in gpu plugin and I was able to get 150+fps on my pc
please ask a developer to add these settings to ppsspp (trust me it will work)

edit: also enabled multithread in system settings, no change in fps(only got 4fps on therapist screen unusual cause my pc can be called a jet!)

RE: Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
Software rendering in PPSSPP already uses all cpu cores.

RE: Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
30fps on iphone 5s???! awesome!
what settig did use?
and please tell me whetheryou are running on software rendering or not?
does it still have issues on normal rendering(hardware) or is it fixed??!
--------------
edit: tested on pc using multithreaded without sftwre rendering got full speed 60fps but it has flickering and also flashlight seems not working
using software render game gives only 4fps but runs well...eats up cpu!!
rev412 (will use on xperia sp soon)
----------------
edit 2:tested on xperia sp, demos are at 60fps but the game runs on 20-45 and also its the same as before...maybe rev412 has issues?
I'll test it with rev404...edit: tested with rev404 also the same as before not loading textures dont know wht's wrong...any ideas??!
BTW brujo5, perhaps u need to change render res. in settings to make it full screen??! I get half of the screen, too. having HD or full HD res might be the reason.
sry for my bad English...
