black screen

well i do remember only game i ever tested (LONG AGO) skip buffer effects was one of God of War game cause i was trying to get rid of glow/bloom effect which game provides
and it was working just fine

and well F me yesterday EVERY game i try was having black screen EVERY SINGLE ONE

today every singe game works when i have selected skip buffer effects so idk what happened? but it works now

and mostly i was trying all GOW Dantes inferno and all other ys tekkens megaman FF and many more and nothing was working but it is working now well wtf
maybe pc restart just fixed issue since its morning at my place and i just turned on pc and tested it again
