Patapon 1
Playable only with the new audio plugin downloaded and installed.

No plugin - sound is way out of synch with the game
With plugin - very slight synch issues. Hard to get 'fever mode' but more than playable

RE: Patapon
It seems much harder on here to get the 'correct' beats (the ones that echo slightly) than I remember it being on my psp, but theres probably not much you guys can do about that I'm guessing.

RE: Patapon
It's very difficult for me to keep the fever. Is this a bug?

RE: Patapon 1
It seems that there is a lag problem with inputs for Patapon 1. Especially during the tree dance, the inputs for rhyme are messed up.

Bug RE: Patapon 1
Latest Android build is fully compatible with the Patapon.ISO, at least as how far I've gotten. However, there is delay between pressing button and the game registering the button press, thus making it next to impossible to get into Fever Mode without the having to GREATLY compensate for the delay.
My guess is the phone's limited processing power prevents the game from running at full speed since my phone is old. If anyone has better phones report please

RE: Patapon 1
So yeah, here's my problem:
Can't get past loading screens. Loading screen after the blue drum freezes and closes PPSSPP. Tried getting a save file to skip that loading screen, but after deployment it freezes anyway.

Anyone have any solution? Save files didn't work. I'm running PPSSPP v.0.9.6.2 on a Galaxy S4

RE: Patapon 1
@Wall_SoGB:

That phone is not ideal for PSP emulation. It only has 512 MB of RAM, and Android takes a big chunk of that. I'd recommend staying with GBA and some N64 games.

RE: Patapon 1
tested on windows 7 x64 emulator version the last available on site

emulation near perfect good audio, no sensible lag on button pressing.

ended first level getting 2 times the fever (but I have not keeped it, don't remember when restart to follow the rithim after fever activation, played last time a lot of years ago on a real psp).

RE: Patapon 1
I just checked it right now with version v0.9.6-447-g737ef1c, there is still the little (0,2-0,4s) delay between the moment I press either the keyboard or xbox 360 button, and the moment it is taken into account in the game (the moment when the sound pops). Doesn't make it unplayable, but you have to compensate for it by pressing the buttons a bit earlier (you get used to it, but it's a bit annoying at the beginning), trust me i compared it with the game on my real psp, it's not at all the same Wink
