gladiator begins ulus10528 DLC wont load on android

I can't get the DLC to work despite it being in the correct folder, both on Android and Windows. It's in the GAME folder that PPSSPP uses. I know it's in the right place because my Patapon 3 DLC is in the same folder and works fine. It's not a region compatibility issue either, as I use my own rip and the DLC files off my own PSP, both of which work fine together on PSP; they're US region. Does anyone know how to get the DLC working?
