PPSSPP crashs playing FF1

I've been trying to play final fantasy 1, i've tried the europe and the NA roms but both keep crashing between 5 to 20 mins of gameplay, I've tried multiple emulator options, render but it keeps doing it. I know many people do play this game without crash but I am wondering what might be the cause, I am playing on a windows 10 pc with pretty good settings I really don't know what might cause this.

Do you have fast memory or multithreaded options on? These are two of the biggest culprits when it comes to instability/crashing.

I had fast memory on, took it off managed to play for more than 2 hours in a row, it happened before but so far it is looking good I'll be back if it's crashing again thank you TkSilver!
