You can use free Xpadder if you absolutely want to configure your controls but I would just stick to default controls.

Yout CPU is probably fine because its I5 but we cant say about your GPU since you only told your memory specs.

I think on PC there is one way to get sound and (some) music but I cant remember how, you needed atleast some sony plugin and compatible PPSSPP version.

But before any of this ^ check if you have marked "sound emulation" on ?
