Final Fantasy IV : The complete collection[WIN7]
PPSSPP is crashing on my pc in the Tower of Babil, when fighting the mysterious girl with Edge and his team. When she starts summoning Ifrit, the program halts, and a windows error report appears.
I tried using the 64 and 86 executables, disabling buffering, and different versions (0.9.6.2 and 0.9.7). Also tried saving and loading in-game, not with PPSSPP, but it didn't work Sad. Hope anyone can help me out with this one.

My specs:
Windows 7 SP1 64bit
Intel Core i5 750 2.6ghz
3GB DDR3
Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7850 OC edition

Thanks!

EDIT: just tried this, and it worked. Seems to be a related issue

DVendy, I already tried 32-bit and it does the same thing on either 32-bit or 64-bit version. Sad Fight, broken cutscene, broken game.

I was having this issue as well, and disabling sound before the dragon shows up made it work. As soon as the dragon is there I was able to turn the sound back on and continue playing. This was on the 32 bit version.
rep+ for the help!

EDIT2: happening again with Ramuh. Disabling sound doesn't seem to work this time, though. This worked:

1. The Summon crash:
To anyone having the ppsspp crash take place when an enemy does a summon. I didn' start seeing that error until I went into the Tower of Babil in the Overworld. One enemy, the Sorcerer, will try to summon creatures if you kill his companion Ghost Knights. When he performed the summon, ppsspp would crash to desktop. To solve this, I turned on Low quality splines and bezier curves (speed up) and ppsspp stopped crashing when the Sorecerer performed a summon. Based upon this evidence, maybe enabling this option will help with other enemies that summon.
