On my Xiaomi Redmi NOte 2 Prime has got a very bad performance as my Samsung galaxy s3 Sad

Mediatek cpu's tend to have poor single core performance, but very respectable multi-threaded/ multi-tasking. Unfortunatly even though ppsspp can use more then 1 core most emultors are heavily dependent on single core performance.

i thinks that is a problem of driver on Dolphine emulator is very slow and is a problem by trash drivers.

Dolphin emulator really needs something on a tegra X1 class to run well, but yes cheaper manufacturers have generally less people working on drivers and usually poorer drivers as a result. Or a nicer way of putting it is is that those companies tend not to prioritize emulator (or other high single core performance tasks) in both their hardware choices and drivers.

Hey, I'm using redmi note 2 too, all you need to do is enable multitreaded in the system setting. I'm running Soul Calibur full speed 60 fps now with no sound stutter.
