I'm not sure what's causing that, but PPSSPP does not run with jit on 64-bit iOS devices (such as iPhone 6S) on iOS 9+. Apple has made the restriction at an OS level that jailbreaks are, afaik, not able to bypass.

So basically PPSSPP won't really work on your phone anyway.

Android, on the other hand, makes no such restriction - you don't even need to jailbreak.
