Sixaxis controller shutting down in PPSSPP

Can anyone help me on my problem please. I normally use emulators in my phone for playing the classics so I kind of have an experience in emulation but this problem occurred only now. Everytime I play PSP games using the PPSSPP app while using the Sixaxis controller app for my DS3 controller but after a few minutes or seconds of playing the controller shuts itself down. I know I'm not the only one with this problem regarding the use of the Sixaxis controller so please help me on this for those who already fixed this problem on their own.
