Please Im asking for Information and know what version of ppsspp emulator for windows

The Main Question is
Its there any version of ppsspp that willling to play NETPLAY for

Phantasy Star Portable Part One and Please dont get confuse with Phantasy star Portable 2 or Infinity.

so the main question is which version of ppsspp that can support ad hoc multiplayer for the Phantasy Star Portable ULUS-10410 ?

Phantasy Star portable is able to do multiplayer for one player only. how ever its not working for other players. because they cant see each threw the lobby room the game having a menu issue and I know this been reported. but the main question is how come no one ever got around and do something about it ? I f we were able to do all the Monster Hunter to play netplay why not Phantasy star Portable one ?
