In "Settings" >> "Graphics" tab, click on "Alternative speed (in %, 0 = unlimited)" and choose 200%.
Now, in "Controls" tab, click on "Control mapping" then search for "Speed toggle" and choose the key you want to use to toggle speed.
Go back to the main screen of PPSSPP and launch your game, you can now run it at 200% by pressing the key you have just defined Smile
