Android adhoc compatibility
most of the games on the adhoc compatibility list were tested on pc and don't work on Android. So i will like to get a compatibility list just for Android. So please post any game tested and working on Android adhoc

I can create a ppsspp for Android which requires root access but still cant listen to ports <1024 for adhoc

why wouldn't it work? but running apps as superuser user on linux allows it to listen to privileged ports

If you mean the code of xiushudongfang then all it does is set the file permissions for the executable, it does not actually start PPSSPP as root as far as I can see (it's probably to prepare starting it as root, you probably need to do that with an external tool, I don't really have experience with rooted android)
