PSP game update files?
Does PPSSPP support update files like for LittleBigPlanet? And if so, how do I use it with PPSSPP?

No and likely never will because update files are encrypted by keys emulators don't have. You'll have to update your iso using isotool or any other way to play updated game on ppsspp. Also in some cases(ie GE2) you have to additionally decrypt other files that come with the update.
