I haven't been able to figure out why it doesn't work:

It requires Windows Vista or later anyway, which most (not all, I know) of our Direct3D 9 users ~~want~~ are running XP, I meant. Plus it seems like my gpu driver (9800 GT) doesn't have the caps bits...
