The game is too broken to be playable anyway, but it should start. It'll be black, at least on my machine, if you don't check Buffered Rendering before starting it.

for smartphones you must check buffered rendering to ON or else black screen and crash.i dont know why cant you run it on windows,try with the latest revision or maybe you have a bad dump

i dont remember vice city now if it has a cutscene,maybe its an unskippable cutscene and you should wait a bit,or try a save state from another phone from a friend

theres one trick,try to uncheck buffered rendering go back in game-return to settings check again buffered rendering tick the 2x and return to game

it worked fine on my galaxy s2.i had the same problem and then i disabled media engine.Maybe post some logs

In did goes in-game, but many textures are so glitched that can't be considered like playable. Some sounds and videos are missing.

Totally agree that it can't be considered playable yet. It's really annoyingly close though, I believe that most of the remaining graphics issues is just one annoying little bug to solve...
