In the memstick folder, there should be a folder named GAME next to your SAVEDATA folder.

Inside that folder, there should be a folder with the game's ID number (e.g. ULUS10566). That's where the DLC goes.

Realy? in my memstick folder there only PSP folder in PSP folder there only has SAVEDATA and PPSSPP_STATE folder i dont se any GAME folder
