That's not enough information.

What I need is for you to open PPSSPP, go to Settings, System, Developer Tools, and System Information.

Take a screenshot of the that screen, and paste it into your next reply.

You also need to be more specific about the games which are slow. A vague title like Scopy Do isn't enough to help us help you.
