What are the best android tablets for running ppsspp?

I was thinking of getting a tablet and I was just wondering which are the best.

I'm planning on getting Tegra Note 7(EVGA) the following months Big Grin :

Not sure if it's the best choice, but the price seems right and I was told tegra 4 is interesting,
I also plan to record clips since I don't see many with ppsspp testing once I get my hands on it.

OR you could wait another year or so until Tegra K1 is released, it will have 64 bit support, more info here:

Tegra K1 gonna be awesome, I wanna get one when launched. It has power enough to run games with PC's graphics, and for sure the dreamed PS2 emulator. Big Grin

I think is 2.3Ghz Quad Core, 4 Gb of RAM and another things I don't understand well. Big Grin
But its power can be compared to PS3 and Xbox 360.

The 32 bit version will be in 2nd half of 2014. But the 64 bit just says will be released in 2014.
