On a PC with a graphics card like that, there's almost no reason not to use buffered rendering (unless you're really that much of a stickler about antialiasing, which can be forced with non-buffered rendering, and not regular buffered, yet). In any case, non-buffered is a hack, so don't be surprised if things break or don't work at all because if it..
