Clear cache

I am not really familiar with psp hardware and code,but cache is common to many systems.

I came up with this cuz I noticed that the game starts slowing down after some time.
But when I click esc to "pause" the game and wait a bit the game is back to the original speed.

So I figured that when I do that the cache of the game/program clears itself so it's easier for the emulator to calculate stuff and makes the game faster.

So a simple clear after some time would probably be great.
I am probably not using the right words but coders will probably understand what I meant.

The game I was playing is One Piece Romance Dawn.
