My Fastest Settings for Android(Works on some Single Core)
This works on some single core android devices


My Fastest Setting
Rendering Mode
*Non-Buffered Rendering (Some will became slow so try turning it to Buffered)

Framerate Control
Frameskipping Off (If Slow try turning it to 1 or 2)
*Prevent FPS exceeding Check it
*Alternative Speed your choice

Features Your Choice

Performance
*Check all the options (if it lags try unchecking the 2 last options in performance)

Texture Scaling
Upscale Level Off
Upscale Type xBRZ
Deposterize (Uncheck)

Texture Filtering
Anisotropic Filtering 16x
Texture Filtering Linear to FMV

Hack Settings just check the following
*Timer Hack
*Disable alpha test
*Texture coord speedhack

FPS counter Both

Now go to the System Tab
Check the Following
Fast Memory(unstable)
Multithreaded

Change emulated PSP's cpu clock=60

On Samsung Galaxy devices, Multithreaded drastically reduces speed and fps btw.

I notice that either but im using cherry mobile candy tv,my mother has samsung and it really reduces fps so i tried I/0 threaded

Multithreaded does reduce speed in some, but not in all games on a Samsung Galaxy (I have a S3 phone). in some games it gives even 20-30% more fps, so it's better to experiment instead of just turning it off by default.
