Yeah! I tried using frameskip but still no change. It gets worse.

Note3's 1080p resolution makes your gameplay slow, adreno gpu problem is just minimal.
To make up with it, 'Don't use non-buffered rendering' or 'Buffered-rendering@1:1 resolution' for these settings generate the graphics at 1080p = your native resolution.
>Set it to Buffered Rendering - 1x psp (too blurred) or 2x psp (slightly blurred), increase it if FPS is istill fine.
>Software skinning - check for Tekken6 / uncheck for MH games.
>This one is important, Turn off Texture Scaling. But I think yoir Phab can handle xBRZ 2x TS, just don't use 'auto'.
>Under System Setting, Turn on FastMem, Multithreading, I/O on thread & cpu clock at 0 or 222 to avoid BlackScreen start on T6/accurate fps display.
>System>Developer Setting - Uncheck Debug Logging,' coz some games are buggy making log-spam and slows emulation.
>Other settings with speed-up mark should help too.

Then, turn off Texture Scaling.
Make sure Dynarec-Jit is enabled from system>developer's settings.
Check these speed-killing settings if enabled: Post-processing Shaders, Simulate block transfers, Texture Scaling. (all must be unchecked)
Some changes in the setting will apply only when you completely restarted the game (start from normal save, not from Savestates) e.g: Software Skinning, Texture Scaling - changeable but doesn't apply immediately, cpu clock.
If fps often falls below 30 on busy areas, check auto frameskip (1 for 15fps above, 2 for 15fps below) [Auto Frameskipping will make the movements a bit sloppy only when speed fails to reach 100%/30fps MHFU]

Are you sure that your Note3 is not bloated with applications that runs in the background? Its pretty awful for a high freq Quadcore device to be "spiky" on Monster Hunter Freedom Unite at 1-2x resolution; and one more thing, please don't mention on this forum that you're "downloading" games. Smile

Download the latest PPSSPP build here
Read this Thread for you to understand those settings.

I apologize for that. I didn't know. Anyways, my tekken 6 is now playable. Not that good quality of graphics but it's now faster than before. Thanks buddy.. ??. But for mhfu, still having problems on busy areas. Already follwed your advice and also followed the thread. And Does it also apply to samsun s4?
Also what's with the build? Sorry if i ask a lot of questions. Im not really to technical about this.
