RE: [Tutorial] Android-Host LocalMultiplayer using PortableWifiHotspot
To deal with the IP not being able to change download a ppsspp dev build any 1.2.2 build would be fine and also not all routers can enable multiple IP's for dmz so you have to host with either router IP or in this case portable android hotspot (192.168.43.1)

It because the version 1.2.2 has a bug with the IP adress,you should download a recent build

no since dmz is required to play on coldbird.net, and you cant put 2 ip's in dmz.

you may find this post helpful

I will play multiplayer MHU, MHP3rd, Patapon 3, Final Fantasy Type-0, any racing, maybe MGS peace walker.

How did you know the ip of the host of the hotspot?

I know it's too late, but I'm answering this anyways. (for reference)
As written in the 1st post:
use 192.168.43.1 if you're using Portable Hotspot.

However some phone might not be using this IP.
To check it's IP, you need two phones.
1. Turn on your Portable-Wifi Hotspot
2. Connect the 2nd phone to the Hotspot.
3. On the 2nd Phones Wifi Settings, Click the Hotspots's Name and Find the IP Address you got. (Example 192.168.42.122)
4. If it is like in the example: 192.168.42.122, the Host's Ip is 192.168.42.1 (Just Change the fourth part of the IP to 1)

| Testing Rig: Windows10 PC |
->Proc: Intel Core i3 4130
->GPU: Nvidia GTX660 GDDR5 1GB
->RAM: 8GB DDR3
