[Solved] Psp 1000/ 2000 3000 model option?
What does changing this option do?
Mine is set to PSP 1000
Does this affect the performance of games in any way?
Does a game run differently on a PSP 1000 than 2000 or 3000

My specs
Redmi Note 10.

Testing multiplayer - MGS PW - God Eater - Dbz

Not really. Did you read the post I wrote, that vnctdj suggested? It's for compatibility. Some games and homebrew demand PSP 2000 or higher for the extra RAM, usually to enable more features like multiplayer, or to fit larger ROMs in memory, if you're using a homebrew emulator for example.
