Final Fantasy Type 0 - NPJH50443 Disc 1 and NPJH50444 Disc 2

This is how I did it, I would load my game and go back into where you see the save games at and then I would activate cheats, Weapons and other inventory stuff.
Then I would save the game, turn off the cheats and exit the game.
Start the game again and load it, that's it you can now save.
But I did the Iso merging before I patched the game, so I don't have cd 1 and cd 2.
I hope that helps, so far I haven't had any problems with it.
I did it on Linux so I am not sure if it will work or you can always use save states.
