Never do that, it's silly^_^. PPSSPP doesn't even have an "install"(at least not yet for windows), you simply have to download the file, extract it somewhere, and then you should be able to run it from .exe without any problems. ~ That's assuming you did saw the "VC 2013 runtime (required!)" on the download page and have it installed.

no, i tried to drag it out of the archive folder and i keep getting that message
