hey guys i just installed evasion 7
and what i rushed to do first was to install ppsspp but when i want to install it it tells me depends on mobile substrate
so idon't know what to do
i know it is because i didn't install mobilesubstrate but i went to (apt.saurik.com) to check but there is nothing in the repo
please help me i really want to play ppsspp games on my iphone 5

Ppsspp is not a tweak so it doesn't even touch mobile substrate(now called cydia substrate). You should be able to download it without any dependencies. Also, make sure you're getting in from Karen's Pineapple repo. http://cydia.angelxwind.net/
