I have a question

In the website of ppsspp in FAQ i read ehm i think it was "your favourite game doesn't work?" And in the discription was a link how to fix this .... And now my question is when i fix this will my game run ? Cause i don't know what it means really and when it's possible to fix that can you tell me how cause i don't understand it how it's wrote there

you can fix whatever game you want,means that you are free to change the code as you like,this is an open source project but it's not a magic matter.to fix things you gotta have at least 1-2 years experience with c/c++ and openGL/openGL ES, large psp knowledge (hardware,os,modules) HLE emulation experience,a brain,and a lot of patience.
