yes, that's right but i gonna give u a proof that latest rpcs3(2013/12/24) x86 didn't working for my pc.

my pc specs :
intel(R) core(TM)2 duo cpu
E7500 @2,93GHz
2,93GHz, 2,00 GB of RAM
