Just a remove bloom cheat before anyone bugs me to do it as I did for first Dissidia, as the effect is kind of ugly and hack we currently have for such effects cannot even detect it.

Edit: blah I'm lazy since I'm not playing it now and not in the mood to start either;p, so I only add "CP Doesn't matter" cheat for now as it was requested here a few times. I only tested it properly in Dissidia, but it's same engine and I changed exactly same functions, so it should be safe, anyway works fine on ppsspp as far as I can tell.
Much later edit: Sorry, I made a stupid typo somehow in remove bloom code, not sure how since it was easy to notice and I actually had it correct in my ini file;p
