Anyone who's not jailbroken can easily get PPSSPP on their IOS device. It's called buying a $5 provisioning profile and certificate from someone, then using INSTASIGN or ZEUSMOS to put it on your phone/iPAD.

Yeah, and "enjoying" your 10 FPS or less in like 99% of games due to having no JIT. Undecided
