As for problems with specific games it's best to do a search for its official thread and read through it to see what problems already exist for it and if possible how to solve those problems. then if that doesn't help or your problem isn't listed there, post your issue in that thread along with what version of the emulator you are using IE: 0.9.1-744 which is the latest dev build, and what platform you are using such as android, windows 64-bit, or windows 32-bit.
